Digital Media Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the comprehensive media team process in collaboration with internal media teams, media agencies, and finance partners (i.e., Accounts Payable).
• Provide cross-functional budget management for the media strategy team, ensuring precision and timely budget approvals through their in-house procurement system.
• Manage the invoicing process, including the setup of purchase orders, invoice processing, resolving invoice discrepancies, and maintaining partner communication regarding invoice status.
• Support the media strategy team by managing key media campaign deliverables, operational tasks, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in media operations, media planning, and/or media buying within an agency or client.
• Strong project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Proactive team player, self-starter attitude, driven by curiosity and an eagerness to learn, all the while being open to feedback and coaching.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience using Ariba or similar billing system.
• Advanced PC skills, including all Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with omni-channel paid media programs.
• Retail industry experience.

Qualifications

• Current authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to perform work onsite in the United States.
