About the Role

We are a vibrant, fun, innovative company with headquarters in Atlanta that is seeking a positive, driven digital marketing specialist. The role involves developing, implementing, launching, and monitoring digital advertising campaigns for various clients using platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager. The position is remote-friendly and requires an ambitious, organized, articulate team player who is passionate about digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Be a subject matter expert for our digital marketing processes, and approach.
Assist in maintaining working relationships with key clients.
Develop & execute campaigns on various platforms (mostly Meta & Google).
Implement & ensure proper tracking and attribution.
Monitor and report performance of campaigns.
Effectively manage budgets throughout the month.
Manage and optimize campaigns utilizing best practices.
Collaborate with other departments on research and strategy.
Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for growing skills and facing new challenges.
Assist team members with questions, tasks, and trainings as needed.
Proactively communicate and manage account expectations.

Requirements

2+ years of experience utilizing Google Ads and FB Ads Manager.
Familiarity with analyzing data in Google Analytic.
Proactivity in completing daily tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A positive, go-getter attitude.

Qualifications

Experience with digital ad platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
Experience analyzing data in Google Analytics.
