About the Role

The Digital Media Strategist will play a key role in the development and execution of performance-driven digital media campaigns across Search and Programmatic platforms. This position is responsible for the day-to-day planning, activation, optimization, and reporting of paid media across platforms including Google Ads, Bing, and leading DSPs. The role involves collaborating with media leads and account teams to ensure campaigns drive measurable results and support reporting and insights development for client presentations. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Paid Search and Programmatic campaigns (Display, Audio, OLV, CTV, etc.) to meet performance goals across client accounts.
  • Own campaign setup, pacing, and performance monitoring across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, DSPs (Basis, StackAdapt, TheTradeDesk, DV360).
  • Conduct keyword research, create compelling copy, develop audience strategies, and optimize bids aligned with campaign KPIs.
  • Translate media performance into clear insights and actionable recommendations via regular reporting and client-facing presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with account leads and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals.
  • Monitor platform trends, beta opportunities, and industry changes to inform channel strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in SA360 including Google Ads (Search & YouTube), Microsoft (Bing) Ads, and Programmatic DSPs.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding performance goals across awareness, consideration, direct response, and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills using platforms like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other BI tools.
  • Experience in audience segmentation, A/B testing, and real-time optimizations.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with platform trends, beta opportunities, and industry changes.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific tools and additional BI platforms.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing digital media campaigns with a focus on performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and DSP platforms.
