About the Role

WFRV-TV (WeAreGreenBay.com) is seeking a Digital Media Support Coordinator to manage digital advertising campaigns, traffic, and creative assets. The role involves coordinating digital sales orders, designing display ads, monitoring campaign performance, and supporting the sales team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is digital-minded, highly organized, detail-oriented, and team-centric, with a creative and proactive approach to digital media solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Download TV commercials for clients, design display ads, and traffic all digital sales orders while monitoring and reporting the results of each campaign from inception to completion.
  • Develop digital advertising solutions and presentations for the Account Executives once familiar with order-trafficking and reconciliation processes.
  • Implement special digital promotions and contests.
  • Coordinate digital traffic for all WFRV-TV and Digital Services products, including WFRV+ CTV streaming app.
  • Ensure all broadcast commercial traffic is accounted for, download spots from clients via multiple delivery methods, and manage the traffic email box.
  • Manage creative for digital campaigns, acting as a liaison between clients, Account Executives, and Creative Services.
  • Develop unique tracking URLs as needed.
  • Compile regular performance reports for cross-platform digital media campaigns.
  • Design graphics including banner ads and creative in Photoshop.
  • Design, manage, and build digital contests and promotions.
  • Input orders for TV/Digital campaigns, including trafficking commercials for each advertiser.
  • Maintain awareness of available digital advertising inventory.
  • Provide overall sales support for Account Executives and Digital Strategic Account Manager.
  • Learn and continually train in research programs to help drive revenue.
  • Create sales PowerPoint presentations.
  • Create display ad campaigns that are targeted and creatively unique.
  • Meet or exceed deadlines on projects.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint is mandatory.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent writing ability and solid verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Ability to design graphics including banner ads and creative.
  • Experience in digital design or marketing communications preferred.
  • A degree in graphic design, marketing communications, or related field, or 2 years' experience in digital design.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital advertising and campaign management.
  • Experience with research programs to implement into sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Degree in graphic design, marketing communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2 years' experience in digital design (preferred).
