Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
Ensure seamless integration of digital technologies into all areas of the business, enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience.
Facilitate cross-functional teams to work together effectively.
Ensure that digital tools and platforms are integrated smoothly across different departments.
Enhance collaboration among global functions by identifying critical dependencies.
Drive cultural change necessary for digital adoption.
Implement training programs and communication strategies to foster a digital-first mindset among employees.
Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of digital initiatives on business performance.
Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
Engage with external stakeholders, including technology vendors, consultants, and industry groups.
Oversee the documentation, design, and implementation of major business processes.
Champion new processes, procedures, and technologies to facilitate change management.
Coordinate and prioritize strategic and tactical digital support for projects and operational needs at site, regional, and global levels.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field and 10+ years of relevant experience implementing business process change and leading teams.
Travel requirement greater than 20%.
Experience managing people.
Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Value Stream Mapping experience.
Excellent collaboration skills both written and verbal.
