About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Digital Workplace solution specialist and evangelist, guiding organizations through digital transformation initiatives.
• Leverage emerging technologies and industry trends around new ways of working to shape the future of work.
• Drive integrated go-to-market strategies and industry-specific solutions related to digital workplace services.
• Provide technology advisory services to client executives on digital workplace transformation.
• Promote and implement digital adoption and change management strategies, including workplace analytics.
• Support the deployment and management of digital collaboration tools, employee experience platforms, and connected workspaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, or work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
• 10-16 years of IT experience.
• Experience across the digital workplace technology domain in two or more of the following service offering domains: Employee Experience Platforms & Services, Field Service Management leveraging Cloud Hyper-scaler platforms (Microsoft / Google / AWS) or SaaS solutions from Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.; Digital Collaboration (Team Collaboration, Cloud Voice & Meeting, Collaborative Apps); DaaS & Device lifecycle Management; Connected Workspaces (IoT, AR/VR); Workplace Security; Digital Adoption & Change Management; Service desk & experience including Conversational AI & Automation.
• Exposure to program management and/or portfolio management skills using Agile principles (preferably SAFe) as an Agile Practitioner, Product Manager, or equivalent.
• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with program management and/or portfolio management using Agile principles (preferably SAFe).
• Experience as an Agile Practitioner, Product Manager, or similar role.
