About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Generate highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned territory.
• Record accurate data regarding prospective customers and market area using Renewal by Andersen mapping and business applications.
• Transport self to assigned territory and work independently while maintaining professionalism and proper appearance.
• Attend company meetings as required.
• Communicate ideas to improve the effectiveness of the canvassing program to the Canvassing Program Manager.
• Master Renewal by Andersen methodology, product offerings, and current promotional campaigns.
• Become a Signature Service expert.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum age of 21 to be covered under company driving insurance.
• Reliable transportation to navigate through territory.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
• Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles a day.

Nice to Have

• Experience with door-to-door canvassing or sales.
• Knowledge of local territory and community.
