The role of Director, Brand & Integrated Marketing involves leading brand storytelling, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and fostering brand trust and perception to support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop durable brand foundations and best practices, including strategy, positioning, naming, messaging, and managing visual and verbal brand elements across all communication channels.
  • Drive how brand strategy is deployed and influence consumer messaging and experiential touchpoints in the ecosystem.
  • Develop insights and creative strategies to build relevance and differentiation, collaborating with Research, Product Marketing, Media, Growth Marketing, and Creative Production.
  • Partner with the Executive Creative Director and creative team to devise provocative strategies for innovative marketing campaigns based on consumer, industry, and cultural insights.
  • Oversee social strategy and activation to grow brand relevance and engagement, including cultivating communities and participating in culture.
  • Manage end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns, including planning, briefing, content development, launching across channels, and evaluating performance.
  • Set the vision for the team and develop its capabilities to support company goals.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and establish clear ways of working across teams to ensure impactful contributions.
  • Leverage knowledge of upper and lower funnel dynamics to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Formalize measurement and optimization approaches for brand health, creative performance, and social media in partnership with Analytics, Research, and Media teams.
  • Collaborate across Intuit to influence how the parent brand, Consumer Platform, and Credit Karma brand harmonize to strengthen each other.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Brand Marketing/Strategy at a consumer technology company or equivalent experience such as Creative Agency, including some in-house experience.
  • Proven track record of using data at all levels of decision making, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Demonstrable contributions to innovative and effective creative initiatives that drive measurable success.
  • Experience in growing and mentoring a team.
  • Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships and lead teams with emotional intelligence and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience leading Strategy, Brand Management/Integrated Marketing Management, and Social teams.
  • Passion for creating transformative consumer experiences through marketing.
  • Ability to make a strong impact with limited resources by leveraging cross-functional influence.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Experience in digital marketing trends and channel behavior.
  • Deep knowledge of consumer insights and cultural trends.
  • Experience working in or with consumer technology companies or creative agencies.
