About the Role

The Director of Brand Marketing at WellBiz Brands, Inc. will play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide initiatives by developing strategies, managing go-to-market plans, and leading pricing and promotion strategies across multiple brands. This position involves owning the P&L for their brand, shaping customer communication and messaging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new products and services. The role also includes developing brand-building and traffic-driving strategies at the platform level to support multiple brands within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Accountable for the marketing performance of the brand, including defining go-to-market strategy, understanding the customer and competitive landscape, and delivering messaging, innovation, and communication strategies to meet strategic objectives.
Leverage data to iterate on brand strategy, working with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, IT, and development to improve KPIs.
Prioritize and plan the brand's innovation roadmap by building business cases to assess potential revenue impact.
Operationalize and execute the entire marketing strategy through comprehensive planning, creative development, program and project management, and ongoing process support.
Work closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment and strong go-to-market execution that delivers desired customer experiences and business results.
Own multi-brand strategies, including managing P&L and merchandising activities, and partner with Brand Marketing on messaging integration.
Plan and execute enterprise go-to-market strategies, including creating positioning, messaging, naming, pricing, and conducting competitive analysis.
Lead and oversee promotional and pricing strategies across brands and marketing channels, ensuring integration of planned promotions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related business field; MBA preferred.
10 years of leadership experience or relevant experience in leading promotional and strategic planning in a B2C, CPG, or franchise environment.
Experience managing an innovation roadmap for a brand, including prioritizing product/service ideas and executing in-market delivery.
Proven ability to leverage customer, competitive, and financial data to inform brand strategy.
Experience leading brand positioning and campaign planning to meet company objectives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Understanding of both digital and traditional marketing strategies.
Experience with franchise systems and multi-unit operations is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related field
