About the Role

The Director - Digital Assets Sales role at StoneX Group involves connecting clients to markets and leveraging expertise in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and traditional financial markets. StoneX Digital is a leader in digital asset and financial services, seeking a dynamic salesperson to drive growth through industry knowledge and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and active traders within the digital asset ecosystem.
  • Leverage a robust network of spot digital asset traders to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Produce immediate revenue through outreach to existing rolodex of institutional accounts.
  • Educate clients on digital asset products, market trends, regulatory developments, and integration with traditional financial services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (trading, compliance, product development) to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Stay abreast of market movements, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting digital assets and traditional finance.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, pitches, and proposals to prospective and existing clients.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales or business development within digital assets and financial services.
  • Deep understanding of digital asset markets, spot trading, blockchain technology, and traditional financial instruments.
  • Active network of institutional traders and investors in the digital asset spot market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and convey compliance considerations to clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in finance.
  • Experience in futures, equities, prime brokerage is a strong preference.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales or business development within digital assets and financial services.
