Director, Digital Performance Marketing Atlanta (Remote Friendly)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing Greenlight's 8-figure annual digital marketing program across Search, Social, UAC, Demand Gen, App Campaigns, Display, and new channels.
• Leading and developing a team of three channel managers.
• Driving impact by owning new customer growth for your channels and developing internal and cross-functional roadmaps to drive results.
• Owning volume and efficiency forecasting and setting goals for the growth team.
• Developing and refining processes to reduce friction and deliver results efficiently.
• Leading cross-functionally to optimize acquisition funnels and build new features that improve LTV and CAC.
• Driving strategic partnerships with external advertising vendors (e.g., Google, Facebook) to test new growth products and advertising tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in digital performance marketing, preferably managing paid social and/or paid search.
• Experience managing large performance marketing budgets towards efficiency and CAC goals.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to leverage data for impact.
• An ownership mindset with proactive goal ownership and continuous improvement.
• 4+ years managing, up-leveling, and growing a team of marketing managers.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior cross-functional partners.
• Experience optimizing ad funnels from impression through monetization.
• Experience owning growth forecasting and reporting to senior management.
• Experience with both web and app campaigns and the necessary tech stack.

Nice to Have

• Direct Paid Social (Meta) and Search/Google AdWords experience for web and app campaigns.
• Experience with Affiliates, YouTube, Display, Native advertising.
