About the Role

The Senior Manager, Digital Performance at Thomson Reuters is a strategic role focused on performance target setting for digital channels and experiences, building actionable reporting through performance analysis, and collaborating with digital stakeholders to create measurable goals. The role involves synthesizing data into insights, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving digital transformation in a global context, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the annual goal setting process for digital channels and website experiences.
  • Contribute to the broader Digital Organization's annual OKR setting and ongoing measurement.
  • Create, deliver, and interpret weekly, monthly, and ad hoc marketing reports from tools like Tableau and SFDC, as well as self-generated reports.
  • Identify trends and underlying reasons for those trends across business units and industries.
  • Establish and iterate on reporting templates to facilitate actionable conversations with senior leadership.
  • Partner with the Marketing Analytics team to ensure digital performance data complements the holistic marketing performance data collection and quarterly business review (QBR) process.
  • Investigate data anomalies to identify root causes and opportunities for optimization or data clean-up.
  • Share insights and recommendations with marketing leadership through presentations and communications.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics with demonstrated abilities in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Degree in marketing, finance, or related field.
  • Experience with web and digital analytics tools including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Snowflake.
  • Experience in annual target and goal setting activities.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into practical strategies.
  • Digital-savvy with knowledge of innovations, trends, and technologies in the digital space.
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to present to and influence senior leadership.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with enterprise performance measurement and benchmarking.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce, digital marketing, and technology trends.
  • Experience operating in a global, diverse environment.

Qualifications

  • Degree in marketing, finance, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics.
