The role of Director, End to End AI Marketing Integration Lead at Bristol Myers Squibb involves leading the transformation of marketing capabilities through AI-driven initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Embrace, build, and extend the AI-driven marketing vision including implementing the GenAI-enabled Content Hub.
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional partners including Marketing and Launch Excellence, Worldwide Commercialization Learning, brand and market leaders, Agencies, and Consulting Partners to drive adoption and embed revamped AI-driven processes, tools, and capabilities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies, including stakeholder identification and engagement approaches, informed by deep insights from the market and brand levels.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to design tailored change initiatives that implement tactical execution, adapting by brand and market as necessary to ensure success.
  • Establish and leverage global communications frameworks, identify and enable change champions across the organization, and foster a deep culture of advocacy.
  • Shape, communicate, and evolve a compelling transformation narrative that aligns with strategic vision.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with at least 4 years of relevant commercial experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide and align the organization through transformative change and manage complex rollout plans.
  • Strong ability to leverage brand and market insights to inform stakeholder strategies and tailor initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and shaping tailored training programs to facilitate adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Working knowledge of AI platforms, tools, and prompts for marketing.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% to support global change management initiatives.

  • Experience in shaping and executing tailored training programs in collaboration with Worldwide Commercialization Learning.
  • Proven track record of managing complex rollout plans with agility.
  • Experience in crafting clear, compelling global communications that drive understanding and engagement.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant commercial experience.
