Overseeing the development and execution of China-exclusive projects, deeply rooted in local consumer insights and strategic partnerships within the Chinese market. The Director will align global brand vision with specific market needs, driving category growth, market share, and consumer engagement by developing and implementing comprehensive 360-degree marketing plans for both spheres of responsibility. This position requires a strategic leader with a profound understanding of both the global (especially US) and Chinese beauty markets, strong business acumen, and proven experience in building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
