The Adobe Genuine Service team is responsible for crafting strategies, building products, and driving go-to-market motions to prevent and recover users that abuse Adobe licenses. This role will lead the Experience Enablement team, devising new use cases and optimizing all touchpoints with our customers. It is an essential collaborator role, key for identifying, prioritizing, and implementing go-to-market and product strategies to seize a significant opportunity valued at billions. The position involves working closely with design, data science, data, and product engineering teams to define growth-led roadmaps that maximize revenue while protecting customers and Adobe's brand. The role requires cultivating professional relationships, building trust, and encouraging open dialogue, contributing to a collaborative work atmosphere. It demands a blend of business insight, customer-first mentality, technical understanding, and intellectual curiosity to navigate the complexities of the 'Genuine' user segment and detection platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn the Genuine business, strategic pillars, and how activities impact each part of the business and conversion funnel.
  • Deep understanding of business drivers and internal technology platforms to drive customer strategy, staying in tune with Adobe and industry standard processes, technology, and trends.
  • Develop growth frameworks and playbooks that bring go-to-market expertise, capable of building proof-of-concepts and refining programs for scale.
  • Research, assess, and develop strategies on customer roadmaps to enable business and product execution.
  • Approve the accuracy and completeness of product requirements documentation, identifying potential issues or risks and articulating alternative solutions.
  • Make data-driven decisions to increase initiative/campaign performance and drive business growth.
  • Lead a team of growth managers, test & optimization specialists, product and program managers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to align, prioritize, and define roadmaps, ensuring timely execution.
  • Convert customer research and segmentation into a 2+ year strategic plan to address abuse cases.
  • Work with executive leadership and cross-functional collaborators to produce strategic roadmaps and align resources.
  • Drive revenue from new programs and increase conversion rates on existing segments and campaigns.
  • Guide and unify cross-functional teams to accelerate customer reach and optimize touchpoints.
  • Conduct end-to-end assessments to define experience and product iterations from ideation to implementation.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience working with Product Management and Engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex information and distill requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective partner engagement and documentation.
  • Highly organized, able to handle work priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Innately curious, with a desire to investigate and understand unfamiliar subjects and technologies.
  • Experience leading operationally sophisticated projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Motivated, focused, and capable of working autonomously with distributed teams across time zones.
  • Must be located in the Bay Area and meet hybrid office requirements.
  • BA degree; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of go-to-market experience with a revenue target.
  • Ability to engage with team leads across different time zones periodically.
  • Proven success in developing end-to-end customer experiences with cross-functional teams.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive salary range of $163,200 -- $302,400 annually, varying by location and experience.
  • Potential eligibility for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
