Key Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing programs to ensure sufficient stage 1 opportunities are identified to achieve annual bookings goals.
  • Design and direct the execution of data-driven marketing programs to deliver pipeline growth and revenue targets.
  • Utilize modern digital strategies to engage core audiences and meet annual growth objectives.
  • Lead and empower the growth marketing team, including campaign managers, events, content, digital, and design teams, to develop and execute programs that increase brand awareness and lead conversions.
  • Support revenue and growth objectives through marketing programs focused on new logo acquisition and customer cross-selling/up-selling.
  • Leverage data and cohort analysis to improve targeting and conversion, including TAM and intent marketing.
  • Manage the efficiency of spend and optimize lead generation channels through data-driven decisions and A/B testing.
  • Define compelling prospect experiences that lead to conversion and execute tests on media formats, ads, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Present monthly deep dive reviews of marketing performance and business impact to the Marketing Leadership Team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading demand generation for successful, high-growth B2B software organizations with complex sales cycles, such as supply chain or enterprise ERP.
  • Knowledgeable in supply chain planning and understanding client challenges.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, funnel performance, and forecasts to achieve sales and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated experience as a people manager, prioritizing activities, inspiring teams, and achieving goals.
  • Experience with marketing automation and intent tools.
