About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support development of HCP personal promotion strategy and executional plan for the product in the U.S., ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market dynamics.
• Lead development of materials for HCP personal promotion, including call flows, objection handling, and sales tools tailored to a mature brand.
• Drive strategic planning and execution for HCP engagement across POA cycles, ensuring consistency and excellence in field execution.
• Develop marketing solutions to complex problems using ingenuity and innovation, ensuring compliance and organizational alignment.
• Lead market research projects in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Adapt and evolve global assets to meet U.S. HCP needs, including messaging and campaign refinement.
• Develop and refresh HCP promotional campaigns to ensure relevance and resonance.
• Generate insights from multiple data sources to inform strategic decisions and optimize promotional impact.
• Define and track marketing KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to HIV portfolio strategy with insights on go-to-market approaches and cross-brand synergies.
• Manage agency relationships and budgets, ensuring high-quality output and fiscal discipline.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Legal, Medical Affairs, and other teams to ensure coordinated execution.
• Evaluate and evolve marketing systems and processes for operational excellence and scalability.
• Deliver presentations to internal and external audiences translating strategy into action.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and Twelve Years' Experience OR Master's Degree and Ten Years' Experience OR PhD and Eight Years' Experience.
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and their impact on HCP marketing.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally with mature brands.
• Proven success in lifecycle management and market leadership.
• Experience with digital and e-Marketing tactics, including metrics and optimization.
• Experience in HIV or other specialty therapeutic areas is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Field Sales and/or personal promotion experience.
• Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MD).
• Experience with advocacy, health systems, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Doctoral Degree (PhD, MD, PharmD).
