The Director, Integrated Marketing role reports directly to the VP, Integrated Marketing & Insights and is responsible for designing and activating integrated marketing strategies to build brand preference and deliver business growth across campaigns and initiatives supporting brand equity, major seasonal events, cultural moments, and partnerships. This role requires a strong brand marketer and storyteller with experience leading digital-first integrated campaigns that increase brand love and drive direct consumer response in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The leader is someone who loves both the art and science of marketing, can inspire creative work, and has an inclusive, collaborative leadership style with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to discover new ways to help beauty enthusiasts find, embrace, and experience joy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual marketing planning and execution across high priority business initiatives with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless activation, including strategies, tactics, budgeting, and measurement.
  • Drive decisions on how the brand is positioned in the hearts and minds of guests across marketing touchpoints to accelerate growth.
  • Lead development of insight-driven creative with internal creative teams and external agency partners.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key cross-functional partners to facilitate alignment on marketing strategies and plans.
  • Keep a pulse on beauty trends, culture, new advertising strategies, and competitive activity to spark innovation in marketing efforts.
  • Create measurement frameworks and monitor KPIs to evaluate effectiveness of marketing initiatives for continuous optimization and to inform future strategies.
  • Develop monthly business reports and marketing presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Manage all aspects of agency and strategic partner relationships to bring projects to life and drive business results.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop direct reports to foster a culture of growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields; an MBA or MA is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in ascending marketing leadership roles in beauty or consumer products with a deep passion for the beauty industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in global marketing, focusing on adapting brand strategies for diverse international markets and driving locally relevant execution.
  • Demonstrated success leading 360 integrated campaigns across the consumer marketing funnel and delivering business impact, especially in digital channels.
  • Proven experience inspiring creativity and generating measurable results.
  • Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into marketing strategies.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to lead through influence with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including developing compelling presentation decks.
  • Strong talent management skills with a people-first leadership approach.
  • Self-motivated with experience managing through ambiguity and moving planning forward quickly.
  • Excellent project and budget management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives with attention to detail.
  • Experience managing agency partners to execute projects successfully.

  • Salary range of $143,000 to $203,000 per year with potential for additional compensation through bonuses.
