About the Role

The Director, Integrated Marketing at Sinclair Broadcast Group, specifically for Tennis Channel, is responsible for bringing structure and strategy to multi-channel marketing campaigns at a scale that includes linear, FAST, app, social, email, and web platforms. The position is based in Santa Monica, CA, and plays a central role in the evolution of Tennis Channel into a modern sports media powerhouse with a focus on tennis and pickleball.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead go-to-market playbooks for all platforms, ensuring coordinated and impactful campaigns.
  • Keep 30+ annual tentpoles on track, ensuring campaigns are measured and effective.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across creative, media, content, PR, and platform teams to align on campaign moments.
  • Manage the master marketing calendar, prioritizing events into tiered packages aligned with engagement and revenue goals.
  • Develop campaign timelines, briefs, and checklists to keep teams aligned and avoid last-minute issues.
  • Partner with Growth, Ad Sales, Distribution, Production, and Industry Relations to surface and support monetization opportunities.
  • Translate marketing priorities into sales-ready campaign decks and activation plans.
  • Support Ad Sales RFPs and brand integrations with creative ideas and clear ROI metrics.
  • Build scalable integrated marketing processes, codifying best practices, asset needs, and performance tracking.
  • Ideate new fan-forward campaigns across digital, social, audio, events, and experiential formats.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of integrated marketing experience in media, entertainment, streaming, or sports.
  • Strong campaign planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Deep understanding of go-to-market strategy across platforms including linear, FAST, app, social, digital, and live events.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and manage complex timelines across stakeholders.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams, creative, production, industry relations, distribution, and product owners.
  • A strategic mindset with a bias toward action, able to think big and execute effectively.
  • A love of live sports, particularly tennis, and an understanding of fandom trends in media.
