The Director, Lifecycle Marketing - Global VOD at Crunchyroll leads the vision and execution of lifecycle marketing programs aimed at converting fans into loyal subscribers and advocates. The role involves promoting personalized, fan-first experiences across multiple channels, managing large budgets and agency partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven campaigns that resonate globally. The position reports to the VP, Retention & Engagement and is based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Dallas.
