Director Marketing and Access Strategy

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall market access plan, including strategies and tactics to optimize coverage, pricing, reimbursement, and distribution across channels and key stakeholders such as payors, GPOs, and corporate accounts.
• Create a compelling value proposition by translating clinical and economic data into messages and materials that highlight the value of Ryzneuta to financial decision makers and stakeholders at payor, IDN, and customer levels.
• Partner with Medical to generate relevant HEOR data and economic models that optimize payor coverage and formulary inclusions.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounts and Trade Team to ensure alignment and execution of the market access plan.
• Provide input into the development of annual brand plans to ensure access strategies and tactics are prioritized and aligned.
• Monitor market access landscape (policies, trends, etc.) and communicate impacts to senior management, integrating insights into strategic plans.
• Manage patient and reimbursement support services and develop access resources and materials to support field teams.
• Provide expert input into pricing and contracting strategies in buy and bill, Part B, and SP environments.
• Develop and manage the market access budget and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in business, science, or related discipline.
• 8-10 years of pharma experience with 3-5 years in Market Access.
• 1-2 years of HCP Marketing experience is a plus.
• Experience in product launch, ideally in both branded and biosimilar markets.
• Experience working in cross-functional matrix environments.
• Proven ability to lead agency partners and collaborate effectively with senior leaders.
• Strong strategic thinking, presentation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Innovative, proactive, and able to complete projects with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a start-up environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• Knowledge of US Regulatory/Compliance guidelines governing pharmaceutical promotion.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Nice to Have

• Experience in access strategy/payor marketing, especially in biosimilars, oncology, or rare diseases.
• HCP marketing experience.

Qualifications

• Educational background in business, science, or related field.
• Relevant pharmaceutical experience as specified.
