Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the vision and roadmap for B2B Innovation and Enablement aligned with organizational business goals.
  • Lead teams in identifying and prioritizing high-value marketing initiatives and support innovation, effectiveness, and value delivery.
  • Establish strategic goals, define KPIs, and develop enablement strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue growth.
  • Oversee gathering and analysis of market intelligence to inform strategy and execution.
  • Manage creation, curation, and administration of relevant content to support value messaging and ROI business cases.
  • Oversee development and implementation of frameworks and processes to improve value delivery and monitor outcomes.
  • Facilitate alignment of strategies, messaging, and execution between marketers and stakeholders for effective operations and GTM launches.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance skills and promote continuous learning.
  • Identify and address challenges to ensure marketing efforts meet business expectations and refine operations based on customer feedback.
  • Work with marketing leaders to select, deploy, and manage technology solutions that streamline processes.
  • Ensure marketing operations are effective, adhere to budgets and timelines, and promote best practices in program management and automation.
  • Track and evaluate performance metrics, identify skills gaps, and provide insights for improvement.
  • Supervise and mentor enablement professionals, fostering accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing enablement, program management, or related strategic operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with marketing methodologies, platforms, tools, and go-to-market practices.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with objective-setting frameworks and value scorecards.
  • Advanced proficiency with roadmaps and reporting tools.
  • Ability to develop high-impact executive presentations and communicate complex information effectively.
  • Understanding of business operations and strategic decision-making.

Nice to Have

  • Skill in marketing tools such as Adobe, Marketo, Salesforce, and data analysis/reporting tools.
  • Experience in road mapping and using data analysis platforms for strategic insights.
  • Background in both B2B and B2C marketing, including attribution modeling, content management, and lead scoring.
