The Director, Performance Measurement will be tasked with creating and executing a performance measurement framework that is visualized and disseminated across the Marketing & Growth Organization to operationalize best practices and successes. This role will also be responsible for evaluating current reporting infrastructure and external measurement partners, determining report and partner effectiveness. The Director will establish a recurring reporting and presentation cadence within the organization, communicating marketing performance and data-driven insights in close coordination with campaign, product, and channel analytics teams. By standardizing performance measurement methods and centralizing reporting cross-functionally, the role aims to provide transparency and accountability into strategy and planning, infusing data-driven efficiency into all marketing initiatives.
