Director, Marketing (Remote)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, developing and managing team members.
• Achieving all marketing and corporate objectives set forth.
• Providing information to senior management regarding marketing analytics, industry trends, and best practices.
• Building strong relationships with internal departments, business partners, and customers to understand and deploy marketing strategies.
• Collaborating with sales and departmental leaders to foster communication and share best practices.
• Gathering information to support and facilitate the acquisition of new business.
• Leading people and processes to meet marketing objectives as dictated by yearly goals.
• Providing clear understanding and constant feedback to direct reports on their progress toward goals and customer satisfaction.
• Communicating performance management aspects including goal setting, progress, and year-end results.
• Leading weekly meetings with team members for insight, knowledge sharing, coaching, and development.
• Developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social media, content, email, events, traditional).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams.
• Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to measure performance and identify trends.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of current marketing trends, digital transformation strategies, and industry best practices.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or distribution industries is preferred but not required.
• Experience working remotely or managing remote teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of marketing experience with leadership roles
