About the Role

The Director of North America Marketing at ZO Skin Health, Inc is responsible for leading the North America marketing team and efforts, developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth. The role involves overseeing all marketing activities, coordinating with international markets, managing product launches, promotional programs, and digital strategies, and collaborating closely with sales and supply chain teams to ensure successful execution and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the North America marketing team and efforts, developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and assess all marketing strategies and tactics, adjusting as needed to ensure maximized growth and impact.
  • Provide input to category leadership team and supply chain for North America launch quantities and needs.
  • Plan and ensure implementation of all field communication for NA-specific marketing programs and product animations, sharing relevant product updates.
  • Plan and execute the GWP program from conception to launch, including post-mortem analysis.
  • Work with international markets to ensure a cohesive global plan.
  • Plan and execute all sell-through programs, providing monthly offers with customizable collateral.
  • Ensure flawless execution of all NA and global marketing programs and product launches, partnering with sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with NA sales team to develop and execute national accounts programs, including GWPs and seasonal promotions.
  • Oversee NA marketing digital B2B/B2B2C strategy and account communication.
  • Ensure ProPortal is optimized, track utilization and effectiveness of tools and assets, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Work directly with supply chain to develop timelines for programs to ensure on-time launches and quantities.
  • Continuously improve the Circle Club B2B loyalty program, reviewing performance and making adjustments.
  • Work closely with sales leadership and key accounts to provide impactful programs.
  • Lead communication and outreach to other direct markets in APAC and EMEA, sharing updates and learnings.
  • Partner with Professional Relations and events team to maximize impact of NA events, trade shows, and B2B activities.
  • Conduct quarterly field rides with US sales team members and report findings or ideas.
  • Attend US events or trade shows as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience.
  • Skin care industry experience is required; knowledge of aesthetics market is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to partner well with cross-functional and inter-department teams, as well as marketing and sales team members.
  • Must be able to work in an office team environment with others.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Travel as needed to conferences and shows, often on nights and weekends.
