About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a positive and energetic personality at all times to customers and employees.
• Independently manages multiple department functions and employees in a professional and encouraging manner.
• Recruits, trains, plans, assigns, and directs work, appraises performance, rewards, and disciplines employees.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes marketing efforts to acquire, retain, and reactivate qualified players.
• Generates reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for marketing promotions and other data analytics.
• Builds and develops a competent, dedicated, and efficient marketing team.
• Tracks, evaluates, and adjusts strategies for maximum ROI.
• Develops long-term marketing strategies and goals.
• Manages the customer life cycle, segmentation, and loyalty management.
• Evaluates customer segmentation models for growth opportunities.
• Works with property leadership to ensure marketing efforts are effective and competitive.
• Executes direct mail follow-up and tracking to support player reactivation programs.
• Identifies prize structures, giveaways, and incentives for customers.
• Manages marketing and departmental budgets.
• Prioritizes tasks and uses time effectively and efficiently.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in casino marketing experience required, including at least 2 years management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing analytics, direct marketing, database utilization, and tracking systems experience managing multiple projects.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools.
• Knowledge of Player Tracking software; Oasis software preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related area preferred.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple department functions and employees.
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as stooping, bending, and reaching.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods, converse over the telephone clearly, and operate a computer.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Oasis Player Tracking software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related area preferred.
