Quest is seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Digital Growth to lead and scale their digital growth engine. This high-impact, strategic role focuses on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven, product-led, and performance marketing strategies. The role involves developing and executing multi-channel digital campaigns, optimizing the customer journey, and unlocking growth opportunities through experimentation and marketing technology. The position is remote within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop an integrated digital growth strategy across paid media, SEO/SEM, website optimization, and lifecycle marketing to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of growth marketers, providing tactical guidance, coaching, and development to elevate their performance and capabilities.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across search, display, social, and other paid/organic channels, focusing on ROI, conversion rates, and customer journey performance.
  • Identify and prioritize conversion bottlenecks in sales funnels, collaborate with data analysts to interpret reports, and implement A/B tests and funnel optimizations based on insights.
  • Use analytics tools and performance data to identify trends, test hypotheses, and make informed decisions to improve funnel efficiency, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
  • Partner with web and content teams to enhance digital experiences, improve site performance, increase conversion rates, and support growth through ongoing experimentation and A/B testing.
  • Oversee CRM strategy to ensure personalized and effective customer journeys that enhance engagement, drive repeat purchases, and reduce churn.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Content, Campaigns, and Sales teams to align digital strategies with go-to-market plans and product priorities.
  • Leverage and optimize marketing technology platforms (e.g., marketing automation, analytics, CRM tools) to improve campaign execution, tracking, and attribution across the funnel.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in marketing, data, or digital growth roles.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, including SEO, growth marketing, data strategy, and analytics.
  • Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data and experimentation to inform decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with strong executional follow-through.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for digital innovation and delivering exceptional results.
