The Director of Digital Marketing at Reading Is Fundamental (RIF) is a strategic, hands-on leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the organization's digital marketing strategy. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing & Partnerships, this position involves defining KPIs and goals, managing digital campaigns across platforms, and leading efforts in SEO, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, content planning, and analytics to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. The role requires a collaborative professional with expertise in digital marketing, strategic vision, and strong communication skills, working across teams and with external partners to further RIF's mission of promoting children's literacy.
