The company is experiencing growth and is hiring a Director of Digital Marketing and Advertising to lead strategic digital advertising and lead generation efforts, overseeing significant budgets across multiple digital platforms, and demonstrating ROI through analytics. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute aggressive omnichannel lead generation strategies to support customer acquisition and market expansion across all B-to-B segments.
  • Own the digital advertising roadmap across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Geotargeting campaigns, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Translate lead generation and sales targets into paid media strategies that optimize brand visibility, engagement, and conversion across customer segments, prioritizing return on investment.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets with accountability for measurable results across geotargeted campaigns, paid social, display, search, and retargeting.
  • Collaborate on lead optimization of landing pages, lead capture forms, and conversion paths with internal design and content teams.
  • Oversee SEO strategy and execution for content development, including crawling, indexing, XML sitemap generation, schema markup, and link building campaigns.
  • Oversee development and execution of all advertising content and creative assets across digital channels, ensuring consistency and high quality.
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and audience personas.
  • Manage production timelines and review processes to meet campaign deadlines.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end lead management processes with marketing and Salesforce teams, reporting on key lead metrics.
  • Evaluate and collaborate with sales to ensure lead quality and take corrective actions to improve results.
  • Own digital performance reporting using GA4, Looker Studio, and marketing automation tools, developing attribution models and KPIs.
  • Partner with internal teams and manage agency relationships to align paid media efforts with business goals and branding strategy.
  • Identify new digital market opportunities, monitor industry trends, and evaluate new advertising technologies and platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in digital advertising, including leadership roles with P&L accountability.
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth, digital-first B2B environment.
  • Deep experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, PMAX), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, and YouTube formats.
  • Advanced proficiency in GA4, attribution modeling, A/B testing tools, and campaign automation/reporting platforms.
  • Strong understanding of modern B2B digital marketing funnels and enterprise buyer journeys.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of scaling lead generation programs, reducing CAC, and increasing ROI.
  • Demonstrated excellence in agency/vendor management and collaboration.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Pardot, HubSpot, ZoomInfo.
  • Knowledge of media planning, creative development, and campaign innovation.
  • Ability to monitor competitive activity and industry trends to develop strategic advantages.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising with leadership and P&L responsibility.
