About the Role

Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, this critical role will own strategy and execution for Neo4j's GTM strategy on core digital channels (paid search & social, website, email, etc). Neo4j is the leader in Graph Database & Analytics, helping organizations uncover hidden patterns and relationships across billions of data connections deeply, easily, and quickly. Customers use Neo4j to gain a deeper understanding of their business and reveal new ways of solving their most pressing problems. Key Responsibilities

  • Articulate overarching digital journeys that delight, educate, and inspire action with target personas or persona groupings, building digital experiences to facilitate that experience.
  • Proactively balance larger strategic goals and builds with the day-to-day requests across the business.
  • Design, execute, analyze, and optimize organic search strategies in partnership with content and developer relations teams.
  • Optimize technical web properties to reduce diversions, breakages, and other deterrents.
  • Manage paid media campaigns including content syndication, paid social, and other digital marketing efforts to attain website traffic, demand generation, and brand awareness goals.
  • Develop audience-centric website experience and conversion strategies to achieve demand generation and product-led growth goals.
  • Implement post-conversion marketing initiatives (email, paid channels) to drive demand and customer retention.
  • Conduct ongoing web optimization and testing in partnership with the Product Led Growth team to improve conversion goals.
  • Manage and grow a team covering UX, Web Operations, Web Development, Paid Media, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
  • Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to evolve the web experience and support business initiatives.
  • Ensure governance, quality assurance, and consistency of customer experience across digital channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience developing state-of-the-art full-funnel digital and website experiences in B2B, large enterprise software industry, or SaaS.
  • Experience managing a team of high-performing professionals in high autonomy environments.
  • Strong data-driven storytelling skills and ability to articulate findings to executives.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality, error-free websites.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels including search, paid media, email, and web analytics.
  • Knowledge of technical web properties, web architecture, and optimization techniques.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with generating and analyzing data analytics and using analytical tools.
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns and product-led growth strategies.
  • Experience working in or with cloud-based web solutions and enterprise SaaS environments.
