About the Role

The Director of Field Marketing at Marvin is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing field marketing strategies to support lead generation and market growth. The role involves leading and mentoring Field Marketing Managers across multiple U.S. markets, collaborating cross-functionally, optimizing retail activation and canvassing programs, managing local events, aligning efforts with sales and marketing, and analyzing campaign performance. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute field marketing strategies to support aggressive lead generation and market growth.
Lead and mentor Field Marketing Managers across multiple U.S. markets.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive execution across regions.
Optimize retail activation and canvassing programs through data-driven planning and performance coaching.
Own strategy and execution of local events, including home shows and community engagements.
Align field efforts with sales, marketing, customer engagement, and operations to drive measurable revenue.
Lead recruiting initiatives to build high-performing local field teams.
Create training programs and SOPs to improve productivity and consistency.
Analyze campaign performance and ROI, adjusting tactics based on insights.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless event execution.
Oversee field marketing budget and resource allocation.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements

10+ years in a senior-level field marketing role, preferably in home improvement, retail, or face-to-face lead generation.
Proven success managing retail activation, events, and canvassing teams across multiple markets.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with CRM systems, field tracking tools, and data analysis platforms.
Budget management expertise focused on ROI and cost efficiency.
Willingness to travel regularly and be hands-on at key events.
Weekend availability and reliable transportation required.

Nice to Have

Experience in home improvement, retail, or face-to-face lead generation environments.
