About the Role

The Director of Growth Marketing at Extu is responsible for leading the company's growth engine by developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies. The role involves managing a team of in-house marketers and external partners to drive demand generation, client expansion, and global growth, with a focus on the UK market. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies that drive new logo acquisition and client expansion.
  • Align marketing programs with revenue goals, pipeline health, and company OKRs.
  • Partner with sales and operations leadership to build effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage full funnel demand generation, nurture, retention, and advocacy campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
  • Oversee the marketing-to-sales pipeline, focusing on conversion and efficiency.
  • Design and optimize engagement tactics to move prospects through the funnel and close deals.
  • Lead a team of in-house marketers and external resources to ensure flawless execution and measurable impact.
  • Leverage tools, automation, and AI to optimize campaigns, automate execution, and scale efforts.
  • Partner with the Paid Media Specialist to strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns across channels like Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Plan and execute events, PR, and thought leadership initiatives to build brand awareness and visibility.
  • Build Extu’s presence in global markets, starting with the UK, to enhance reputation and pipeline.
  • Define and track KPIs, build dashboards, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven success in growth marketing, demand generation, and SaaS product launches.
  • Strong GTM track record with experience launching products and driving adoption in competitive markets.
  • Agency-side experience with deep knowledge of B2B SaaS business models.
  • Experience marketing SaaS tools or products, understanding SaaS adoption and growth challenges.
  • Mastery of Salesforce ‘Account Engagement' (Pardot), automation, paid media, and analytics tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in metrics, dashboards, and ROI analysis.
  • Leadership experience managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Passion for growth, innovation, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Efficient, scrappy approach to maximizing impact with resources.
