Director of International Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to regional market needs, including Europe, APAC, and LATAM.
• Lead region-specific campaigns across digital, content, events, and partner channels to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to support pipeline acceleration and improve conversion with localized content and programs.
• Adapt global brand and messaging frameworks to resonate with international audiences, in coordination with product marketing.
• Conduct competitive and market research to uncover regional opportunities, customer behavior, and cultural nuances that inform strategy.
• Manage international marketing budget and agency/vendor relationships; ensure ROI across all regions.
• Work with global teams across product, sales, revenue operations, and customer success to align international priorities.
• Define KPIs and analyze performance of campaigns, optimizing based on data to ensure global success and scalability.
• Build and lead a high-performing international marketing team, fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, and results.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a global or international marketing leadership role (SaaS/B2B preferred).
• Proven success driving regional growth through localized, multichannel marketing strategies.
• Deep understanding of cultural and regional market differences and the ability to tailor programs accordingly.
• Experience supporting regional sales and go-to-market teams, with strong alignment to revenue goals.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, ABM, and analytics platforms.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English (additional language(s) a plus).
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
