About the Role

The Director of Marketing for Elmington Property Management will spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies. This role requires a proactive leader with deep industry knowledge, a creative mindset, and strong analytical and strategic skills to drive marketing efforts and achieve business objectives within the property management and real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Oversee the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
Develop and manage content strategies for websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials to effectively increase leasing.
Develop and manage the marketing budgets for each property and campaign, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing expenses.
Maintain and enhance the company's brand image, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the property management or real estate sector.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication proficiency and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Self-motivated and able to multitask on several projects at once.

Nice to Have

MBA or advanced degree in a related field.

Qualifications

Experience in marketing within property management or real estate sector.
Leadership experience in a marketing role.
