About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Developing marketing plans and goals for the department and ensuring effective execution of the plans.
• Leading brand strategy and management.
• Providing leadership, strategy, and development of the proposal process and team.
• Supporting business development and client relationship initiatives.
• Developing and overseeing digital and content marketing strategies.
• Fostering internal communication and collaboration.
• Utilizing technology (AI, software, etc.) to enhance processes, procedures, and work product.
• Monitoring marketing trends and data, performance of initiatives, and providing insights to leadership.
• Leading the transformation of marketing strategy, operational structure, and campaign execution to drive greater efficiency and impact.
• Actively supporting day-to-day execution and mentoring team members to foster growth and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in professional services, AEC, or Construction.
• Proven leadership experience with multi-location or multi-market teams.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance productivity and innovation.
• Familiarity with CRM, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage tactical execution and team development.
• Ability to travel occasionally for regional support and team integration.

Nice to Have

• Experience in professional services, AEC, or Construction industries.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions.
