About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable - Inspire and oversee a high-performing marketing team while fostering a culture of ownership, creativity, and results.
• Develop and Execute Marketing & Branding Strategy - Drive the long-term vision and positioning of the Stylecraft brand across all channels and communities.
• Own the Lead Generation Engine - Design and implement campaigns that drive traffic, generate qualified leads, and support community sales goals.
• Elevate Our Digital Presence - Oversee and optimize the entire digital footprint, including company website and SEO, search engine visibility and AI-generated results, online reputation management, third-party listing platforms, and all social media channels.
• Lead Content Strategy - Oversee creation and distribution of compelling, on-brand content across digital, print, and in-person touchpoints to tell our story and connect with buyers and recruits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• A strong analytical mindset with proven experience tracking KPIs and optimizing marketing performance.
• Creative, strategic thinker with a collaborative spirit and the ability to inspire innovative ideas.

• Ability to Serve our customers and look at setbacks as opportunities to create a positive impression.
• Ability to Improve by accepting challenges and always looking to move forward.

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and online reputation management.
• Experience in the homebuilding or real estate industry is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 7+ years of marketing experience with leadership exposure
