Director of Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Envelio's go-to-market strategy across brand, messaging, campaigns, events, and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with U.S. leadership to align marketing efforts with mid- and long-term business goals.
• Create and manage an annual marketing plan and budget, including setting goals, timelines, and success metrics.
• Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, with clear ownership of initiatives and measurable impact.
• Partner with the European HQ marketing team, US sales, product, and leadership to ensure full alignment across the customer journey.
• Design and implement marketing strategies and processes for the U.S. business, including event planning and execution, campaign planning and tracking, sales enablement content, lead generation, segmentation, persona development, external communications, and brand consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience managing or contributing to multiple marketing specialties, such as product marketing, messaging, events, campaigns, and sales enablement.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market planning, lead generation, and performance tracking.
• Prior experience in startup or high-growth environments.
• Proven success in building and managing a marketing team.
• Based in or willing to work hybrid in the Greater Boston area.
