About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing programs focused on building the company's brand presence, generating qualified leads, and driving revenue through targeted ABM campaigns.
• Partnering with the VP of Marketing to design and execute marketing campaigns aligned with sales objectives and growth goals.
• Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborating with demand generation, sales, and customer engagement teams to ensure alignment across the buyer's journey and develop go-to-market strategies.
• Leading field marketing and content development programs to enhance brand identity and voice, including whitepapers, articles, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
• Implementing cohesive strategies across teams, providing mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Defining marketing goals and establishing mechanisms to evaluate impact on revenue, brand perception, and success metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional marketing experience, with a focus on marketing, content development, and lead generation for B2B organizations in technology, SaaS, or consulting services.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in running successful multi-channel marketing campaigns and driving revenue through email, SEM, paid advertising, ABM, and content marketing.
• Strong understanding of technology consulting or SaaS space with the ability to communicate complex service offerings clearly and compellingly.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, sales funnel optimization, and campaign management.
• Experience in product marketing and sales enablement is a plus.
• Ability to define and execute both tactical and strategic marketing initiatives in complex environments.
• Experience developing marketing strategies from the ground up and optimizing organizational processes for efficiency and impact.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and measurement of marketing impact.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire others, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
