About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Oversee all aspects of performance marketing, including digital advertising, email campaigns, and content creation.
• Manage the advertising sales process to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling visual content for various platforms.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
• Monitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on sales and performance metrics.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing strategies and content marketing best practices.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for design and creative projects.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance.
• Excellent budgeting skills with experience managing large-scale marketing budgets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• A creative mindset with a passion for innovation in marketing strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
