Director of Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive referral growth and patient volume.
• Build and maintain relationships with medical receptionists, doctors, chiropractors, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate campaigns, timelines, and marketing calendars.
• Support content creation including blogs, emails, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Manage vendor database, community marketing files, and marketing collateral inventory.
• Fact-check and proofread all materials while maintaining brand standards.
• Oversee social media presence and online reputation management.
• Plan and manage marketing events; attend as needed.
• Train team members on marketing best practices and new tools/platforms.
• Direct marketing programs aligned with organizational goals and business growth.
• Lead outreach efforts to strengthen community presence and build partnerships.
• Network with clinic staff, medical groups, associations, employers, and other partners.
• Gather estimates, negotiate, and manage vendors for marketing projects.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal marketing regulations; complete required trainings.
• Track performance metrics and provide reports with recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Professional networking experience in marketing (1-2 years).
• Teamwork and customer retention strategy skills.
• Managing marketing project budgets.
• Experience in sales, social media management, and healthcare administration.
• Knowledge of brand awareness strategy, acquisition strategy, and go-to-market strategy.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare marketing or sales experience (personal injury strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to develop referral networks and grow patient volume.
• Knowledge of medical and legal marketing compliance standards.

• Experience with Constant Contact and productivity software.
• Experience in growth marketing strategy and outreach efforts.
• Experience in healthcare or legal marketing compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare marketing or sales experience.
