About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage data-driven marketing strategies aligned with Resource Furniture's business goals.
• Lead cross-channel marketing initiatives across digital platforms including web, social, email marketing, and paid media.
• Oversee SEO strategies, including keyword optimization, technical audits, competitive analysis, and performance reporting.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns such as PPC, social ads, display, and retargeting.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Digital Content Manager and Social Media Manager, ensuring cohesive branding, audience engagement, and optimized content.
• Collaborate on content creation strategies that enhance organic search performance and digital presence.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and platforms to optimize digital marketing efficiency, audience targeting, content personalization, and analytics insights.
• Champion adoption of emerging AI technologies within the marketing team to enhance effectiveness and competitive advantage.
• Lead marketing project management, setting goals, deadlines, and budgets, and ensuring seamless execution across teams and external partners.
• Select, direct, and evaluate external marketing and creative agencies, defining project scopes, expectations, and KPIs.
• Regularly track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and customer experience goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing leadership roles, specializing in SEO, digital advertising, and project management.
• Proven experience managing internal marketing teams, external agencies, and complex marketing projects.
• Fluency in AI-powered marketing tools.
• Exceptional analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
