Key Responsibilities

Understand company Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador of MVV.
Develop and own the annual marketing strategy and budget.
Define KPIs and measure marketing ROI.
Partner with Product and Executive Leadership on brand positioning and messaging.
Ensure consistency across all internal and external communications, campaigns, and collateral.
Oversee integrated campaigns for product launches, industry events, and partner promotions across product lines.
Build and lead a high-performing team; mentor and build capabilities.
Oversee the company's digital presence, including the website, SEO/SEM, social media, etc.
Align marketing efforts with sales goals and corporate objectives.
Build strong relationships with Casino's Marketing Teams.
Oversee agency/vendor relationships (PR, digital, media buying, etc.).

Requirements

Bachelors Degree (Marketing), MBA preferred.
10+ years of Marketing Experience.
Gaming Industry Experience preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
MBA preferred.
10+ years of marketing experience.
Experience in the gaming industry preferred.
