The Director of Marketing (DOM) is responsible for the effective promotion and communication of BSC's core mission and programming. This role involves implementing all marketing initiatives and activities, including brand strategy, messaging, advertising, web, social media, collateral materials, group sales, and public relations to meet institutional and ticket sales goals. The DOM collaborates with other department heads, translating internal marketing needs into strong and consistent messages. The position reports to the Managing Director and is part of the senior leadership team of BSC.
