PrideStaff is partnering with an awesome client who's looking for a Marketing Director to lead their demand generation and growth efforts. You'll be at the heart of their multi-touch marketing strategies, pulling in leads from all directions—both organic and paid—to ultimately boost new customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fuel Lead Generation by executing powerful multi-touch marketing strategies to capture leads across all channels, including targeted campaigns via email, social media, and advertising.
  • Master Our Tech Stack by being the go-to person for CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho, implementing and optimizing them to enhance marketing and sales efforts, segment customer lists, and track lead journeys.
  • Craft Engaging Campaigns by designing and scheduling automated email sequences (drip campaigns) using tools like ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or HubSpot, and conducting A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Lead Social & Content efforts by building content calendars for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, creating storytelling and trend-based content, and managing video strategies including short-form and long-form videos.
  • Optimize Paid & Organic Growth by managing ad spend and creative testing on platforms like Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads, monitoring KPIs such as CAC, CTR, and CPL, and adjusting strategies to maximize conversions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital campaigns.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating design and optimization of multichannel lead funnels.
  • Proven success in managing social media and video content that drives conversions.
  • Experience designing and managing complex marketing automation workflows.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, InVideo, Descript, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion.
  • Bachelor's degree (Required).

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Required).
  • 3 years of experience in marketing.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range of $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.
