Director of Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the company's overall marketing strategy, including brand management, digital marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic planning and develop annual marketing plans and budgets in collaboration with senior leadership and marketing teams.
• Lead development and oversight of brand strategies and go-to-market activation across multiple channels including direct to physician, direct to patient, media, SEM, SEO, CRM, web, social media, and reputation management.
• Collaborate with agency partners to create compelling content for patient acquisition and retention.
• Implement the Marketing Way framework, including segmentation, customer insights, creative briefs, journey mapping, and performance measurement.
• Analyze and optimize the performance of all marketing initiatives, develop tools to measure performance, and prepare reports with recommendations for senior leadership.
• Manage and coordinate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing plans.
• Supervise 1-2 direct reports, providing leadership, development, and accountability for team performance.

Requirements

• College degree; MBA preferred.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in marketing management or brand leadership, with some healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple product lines or brands.
• Experience supporting sales teams with B2C strategies and marketing materials.
• Proven ability to develop direct-to-physician and direct-to-consumer campaigns using digital and print mediums.
• Experience managing partners/vendors and direct reports to execute marketing plans on time and within budget.
• Deep expertise in insights-based marketing, creative brief development, and executing copy strategies across communication platforms.
• Ability to develop and lead omnichannel strategies, activating brands through sales collateral and targeted campaigns.
• Experience leading strategic planning, setting volume budgets, and managing advertising and promotion budgets.
• Ability to work effectively in a highly-matrixed organization and deliver results through multiple reporting relationships.
