The Director of Marketing will be responsible for all marketing objectives, strategies, programs and policies, translating the overall marketing vision into integrated business plans, tactics, projects, and deliverables, and overseeing critical marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

Developing compelling product positioning and messaging that highlights the unique value propositions of each collaborative partnership.
Using digital marketing methods and campaigns to build awareness across all marketing channels.
Providing the sales team with the necessary tools and information to effectively turn reference designs and platforms into design wins.
Developing sales collateral, presentations, and training materials.
Building complete reference design packages with application knowledge, tools and software support, and deployment paths to end customers.
Engaging with partners to gather feedback and insights on their products, and aligning on specific segments and applications.
Creating and executing go-to-market strategies for each project.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and product management, to ensure successful deployment of reference designs.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
Monitoring and reporting on the progress of each partnership using basic program management principles.

Requirements

Strong understanding of semiconductor products with a focus on embedded systems.
Knowledge of memory systems and connectivity to compute elements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership and project management abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Ability to create sales collateral in conjunction with partners.
Strong customer orientation and experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
Market application analysis and competitive analysis skills.
Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
Creative problem-solving skills to address marketing challenges.

Nice to Have

Experience with digital marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of reference design development and deployment.
