Director of Marketing Bank of Colorado

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manages strategic marketing planning including development and implementation of the annual marketing plan and budget.
• Assists selection and management of outside agencies to support marketing and communications programs and initiatives.
• Directs and executes the social media marketing strategy.
• Oversees print production and customer communications.
• Serves as a member of Pinnacle Bancorp Marketing Committee and Compliance Committee.
• Researches and develops products and services along with appropriate bank personnel.
• Provides marketing support to the bank staff responsible for selling bank products.
• Develops and maintains sales, marketing, and educational tools to support the bank's line functions and fulfill sales goals.
• Manages all public relations efforts including image development, contributions, and media relations.
• Communicates with all bank departments regarding marketing and ad campaigns.
• Manages internal marketing efforts and works directly with branch contacts for special offerings, local advertising, and event planning.
• Ensures regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
• Knowledge of retail functions.
• Skill in excellent communication to effectively convey information.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to function as a team player.
• Ability to work under pressure of deadlines with multiple projects.
• Four-year college degree in marketing or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ad agency experience preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in marketing position and managing a team preferred.
