Director of Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of all marketing and advertising activities.
• Oversee brand strategy, digital marketing efforts, and consumer data analysis.
• Produce reports on key performance metrics and web traffic.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify strategic opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making.
• Ensure consistent and professional brand identity across all platforms and communications.
• Create and oversee marketing collateral, proposals, case studies, and presentations.
• Manage the company's presence at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
• Lead digital initiatives including website performance, SEO, social media, email campaigns, and paid media.
• Coordinate with contractors for campaign execution and improvement.
• Develop content strategies such as blogs, videos, and white papers to build thought leadership.
• Track and analyze marketing metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Conduct targeted outreach campaigns, including email and cold calling, to support business development.
• Support proposal development and maintain a library of marketing assets.
• Produce internal newsletters and employee updates.
• Foster employee participation in social media and brand initiatives.
• Oversee relationships with external vendors and creative agencies.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Create and manage marketing and content calendars.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven marketing experience.
• College degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Acrobat, web analytics, Google AdWords, and CRM platforms.
• Understanding of SEO keywords and website analytics.
• Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create and manage marketing and workflow calendars.
• Limited travel within the United States for trade shows; reliable transportation required.
• Some weekends required when necessary.

• Experience in the construction industry.
