Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the Smart28 platform category and service offering.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies, including market entry and scale-up planning.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor landscape analysis and strategic response planning.
  • Act as the outward-facing representative of the Smart28 community program.
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, engage, and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and peer influencers.
  • Support field sales teams in recruiting and certifying new community members.
  • Manage and grow the platform's social capital through expert and peer interactions.
  • Build and support Centres of Excellence focused on procedural and technical expertise, independent of specific product promotion.
  • Develop and sustain Communities of Practice for certified Smart28 members.
  • Foster peer-to-peer learning and knowledge sharing within user groups.
  • Collaborate with the medical education team to connect Smart28 with relevant courses.
  • Drive initiatives to certify and onboard new program members through structured educational pathways.
  • Define messaging, key selling points, and positioning for the Smart28 platform.
  • Lead marketing campaigns and sales strategies aligned with market entry and growth goals.
  • Develop and refine reimbursement strategy in collaboration with commercial and market access teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, or commercial roles—ideally in healthcare, MedTech, or SaaS-like service models.
  • Proven success in launching or scaling new platforms, services, or categories.
  • Strong experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), communities of practice, or expert user groups.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Experience in medical education, customer certification programs, or reimbursement strategy is a plus.
