A Tennessee based marketing agency is hiring a Director of Strategy to join their growing organization. This person will be responsible for guiding strategic discussions with clients, while managing a team of 2-3 Account Directors. This will involve growth marketing, brand messaging, and positioning from a high level. Key Responsibilities

Guide strategic discussions with clients
Manage a team of 2-3 Account Directors
Run marketing strategy for 15-20 clients
Oversee growth marketing, brand messaging, and positioning from a high level
Create marketing strategies and execute on them
Lead rebrands and develop brand messaging

Requirements

7+ years of professional experience in full stack Marketing
Digital Health/Health Tech marketing experience
Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape
People management experience and ability to manage a small team
Strong client facing experience and executive presence
Ability to communicate effectively to C-Suite
Strategy focus with experience creating and executing marketing strategies
Growth marketing experience
Experience with brand messaging and leading rebrands
Marketing agency experience
Experience working with healthcare startups
